Xolimeq · xolimeq.com Document: Terms of Service Version 2026.1

Terms of Service govern how a repair inquiry becomes a scheduled visit, what the diagnostic call-out covers and what the warranty on a finished repair promises.

This document sets out the terms between a visitor to xolimeq.com and Xolimeq, the appliance repair business that operates it. It covers the flat diagnostic call-out, how pricing works once a machine is open, what a visitor may not do on the site, and the warranty that applies once a repair is complete. These terms take effect on 14 September 2026 and apply to every inquiry made through this site from that date.

Effective date

Applies to
xolimeq.com and every repair inquiry made through it

Xolimeq repairs washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and small appliances in Austin, Texas, on-site and at the shop bench. Search terms like appliance repair Austin, washer repair Austin TX, refrigerator repair Austin and dishwasher repair cost all end up at the same place: a diagnostic call-out, a plain answer, and a quote before anyone orders a part. That is what these terms describe.

By submitting the inquiry form on this site, starting a chat conversation, or booking a visit by phone, you accept the terms below. If you are inquiring on behalf of a landlord, property manager or someone else's household, you confirm you have authority to arrange the repair and to be billed for it.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Xolimeq, trading at xolimeq.com, with its shop and postal address at 157 Market Street, Büro 5, Austin, Texas 65042, United States. Xolimeq is the appliance repair business that answers your inquiry, sends the technician, and bills for the work. There is no separate parent company or franchise structure behind the name for these terms — it is the one shop, at that one address, that has run there for the last nine of its fifteen years in business.

Reach Xolimeq directly by phone at +1 (824) 555-9503 or by email at office@xolimeq.com. Both routes reach the same shop, the same crew of six, and the same schedule.

What this site provides, and what it does not

xolimeq.com describes Xolimeq's repair work, states the price basis for each appliance family, and takes inquiries for a technician visit or a bench diagnostic. It is a marketing and booking-request site for a physical repair trade, not a general information service and not a substitute for a technician's own inspection.

The site does not diagnose your appliance. A description of a fault typed into a form gives the shop a starting point, nothing more — the actual diagnosis happens with a technician's hands on the machine, either in your kitchen or on the bench. Nothing on this site should be read as confirming what is wrong with a specific unit before that visit happens.

The site also does not dispatch emergency services. A gas leak, a flooding line or an electrical fire is a call to 911 and the utility, not a form submission, and Xolimeq's chat widget says as much rather than pretending to triage one.

Inquiries, not orders — nothing is sold on this site

Nothing is sold, checked out or paid for through xolimeq.com. There is no cart, no online payment, and no field on any form that takes a card number. Every form on this site — the home page inquiry form, the contact page booking form, the chat widget — sends an inquiry to the shop's schedule, not a paid order.

A figure written on this site, in a chat reply, or given over the phone before a technician has opened the appliance is an estimate built from the price basis for that appliance family. It is not a binding quote. The binding number is the one the technician states out loud, in front of you, after the flat diagnostic call-out and, where parts are involved, after those parts are priced separately.

An inquiry becomes a job when the shop confirms a visit time with you by phone, text or email and you agree to have the technician come out or drop the unit at the bench. Sending the form starts that conversation. It does not, on its own, reserve a technician's time or commit either side to anything.

How pricing works

All prices on this site are stated in US dollars. The diagnostic call-out is a flat fee, quoted before the technician leaves for the address, whether the job turns out to be a five-minute belt swap or a longer fault-hunt. That fee covers the visit and the diagnosis itself, not the repair.

Once the appliance is open, the technician states what is wrong and what it will cost to fix, and that repair price is confirmed with you before work starts. Parts are quoted separately from labor because part cost depends on what's actually failed — a control board costs more than a belt, and the shop will not fold that difference into a flat number stated before anyone has looked. Refrigerator and freezer work that opens the sealed compressor circuit is billed at the shop's sealed-system labor rate on top of the call-out, because that work requires certified refrigerant handling and takes longer than a belt or a fuse. Gas range and oven work is billed at the shop's safety-check rate before any repair proceeds, because the gas supply gets shut off and checked first, every time, regardless of how simple the fault looks.

A price changes only for a reason stated to you at the time: a second fault found once the panel is off, a part that costs more than the shop's usual stock price, or a job that runs longer than the diagnosis suggested. The shop does not add charges after the fact for something it already knew about before quoting.

Acceptable use of this site

Use the inquiry form and chat widget for genuine repair enquiries about appliances you own, rent or manage. Do not submit false contact details, do not use the forms to send unrelated solicitations to the shop's inbox, and do not attempt to probe, scrape or overload xolimeq.com, submit.php or chat.php beyond the ordinary use of submitting one inquiry or holding one conversation.

Do not copy the site's text or photographs for use on another business's site or materials. Do not attempt to bypass the honeypot fields on the forms, automate submissions at volume, or misrepresent yourself as Xolimeq staff in any communication that references this site.

Xolimeq may decline to act on an inquiry that appears fraudulent, abusive toward staff, or unrelated to appliance repair, without owing an explanation beyond that.

Ownership of the site's content

The text, photographs, layout and the Xolimeq name and mark on xolimeq.com belong to Xolimeq. The photographs are of the shop's own jobs — its technicians, its van, its bench — taken for this site, and they are not stock imagery available for reuse. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference when arranging a repair. You may not republish the text or photographs elsewhere, or use the Xolimeq name to imply an association with the business that does not exist.

What is provided as is

xolimeq.com and the information on it are provided as is. Xolimeq describes its common failure patterns and price bases honestly and from experience, but a description of what "usually" causes a symptom — a washer that won't drain, a fridge that runs warm — is a starting point for diagnosis, not a warranted outcome for your specific machine. Xolimeq does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that every appliance model or fault is covered by the descriptions on this site, or that a figure given before inspection will match the final invoice exactly.

Xolimeq does not warrant a repair on a unit it advises against repairing. If the technician tells you plainly that a machine isn't worth fixing — an aging washer with a cracked tub is the example the shop uses most — and you ask for the repair anyway, that repair is not covered by the guarantee described below.

Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Texas, Xolimeq's liability arising from this site or from a repair carried out following an inquiry made through it is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific repair visit. Xolimeq is not liable for indirect losses — spoiled food from a fridge that failed again after an unrelated fault, lost time from a delayed appointment, or similar consequential loss — beyond that amount, except where such a limit cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Xolimeq's negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Refusing or withdrawing access

Xolimeq may decline an inquiry, refuse a booking, or decline to continue a repair — including mid-job, if a hazard becomes apparent that the customer will not let the technician address safely, such as a gas connection the customer insists stays live. Xolimeq may also stop responding to a chat conversation or an inquiry thread that becomes abusive toward staff. None of this affects any repair already completed and paid for.

Governing law and where a dispute is heard

These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms, from an inquiry made through xolimeq.com, or from a repair carried out following one, is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas.

Changes to these terms

Xolimeq may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this document is updated whenever that happens, and the current version is always the one published at xolimeq.com/terms.html. Continuing to use the site or to arrange a repair after an update means the current version applies to that inquiry.

What the repair warranty covers

This clause is Xolimeq's guarantee, stated plainly rather than left implied. A completed repair is covered for the specific fault that was fixed and the specific parts fitted to fix it. It does not extend to a separate, unrelated fault that turns up afterward — a new heating element that later fails does not cover a drum bearing that was already worn when the technician left, because those are two different failures on the same machine.

Parts
Same-brand parts when the manufacturer stocks them, OEM-equivalent when they don't. Never a generic seal fitted to a sealed refrigeration system — that part is always matched to the compressor circuit it's going into.
Labor
Covered for the repair performed, for the fault diagnosed and stated to you before work began.
What voids it
A repair carried out against the technician's stated advice that the unit wasn't worth fixing, damage from a fault outside the original diagnosis, or work done on the unit by someone else after Xolimeq's visit.
How to claim
Call +1 (824) 555-9503 or email office@xolimeq.com with the original job details. The shop will send a technician back to assess whether the return fault matches the original repair before requoting anything.

The shop keeps common parts on the van — belts, igniters, pumps, thermal fuses, door seals for the washer and dryer families that make up most Austin households — specifically to avoid the second visit that a three-week part order forces on a customer. That stock policy is part of how the warranty above gets honoured quickly rather than in theory.
